Based on one unit from College English Listening and Speaking Course, this paper discusses the teaching design of this course, that is , different teaching characteristics and teaching objectives of introduction, elaboration and conclusion of the class based on teaching content and applying various teaching resources production courseware. It also points out it is necessary to design teaching in that elaborate teaching design can not only create a lively and diverse classroom environment for students but also largely improve their enthusiasm and autonomy, which is of great significance for the teaching effectiveness of College English Listening and Speaking Course.
