B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活体组织检查的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Ultrasound-guided Biopsy of Axillary Lymph Node

目的:研究B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活体组织检查(活检)的临床应用。方法:选取我院2013年2月~2016年5月120例乳腺癌患者,分为两组,对照组患者采用钼靶X线进行检查,观察组患者采用B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检,对比两组乳腺癌患者检查后的诊断符合率。结果:观察组乳腺癌患者检查后,病灶个数共有137个,诊断符合率为91.33%,对照组乳腺癌患者检查后,病灶个数共有103个,诊断符合率为68.67%,两组乳腺癌患者的诊断符合率相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检在乳腺癌的诊断中具有较高的诊断符合率。

Objective：To study the clinical application of ultrasound guided biopsy of axillary lymph nodes.Methods：120 patients with breast cancer were collected and divided into two groups.The patients were collected from February 2013 to May 2016,The patients in the control group were examined by mammography and the patients in the observation group B-guided biopsy of axillary lymph node biopsy,compared the two groups of patients with breast cancer after diagnosis of diagnostic compliance.Results：In the observation group,the number of lesions was 137,the diaguostic coincidence rate was 91.33%,the control group of breast cancer patients,the number of 103 lesions,the diagnostic rate was 68.67%,two groups of breast cancer （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：B-guided biopsy of axitlary lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer has a high diagnostic rate.
