周围神经损伤评定中应用高频超声联合肌电图检查的优势探析

Analysis on the Advantages of High Frequency Ultrasound Combined with Electromyography in Diagnosis and Treatment of Peripheral Nerve Injury

目的:研究并探讨高频超声联合肌电图检查在周围神经损伤诊治中的应用优势。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年2月期间我院收治的80例周围神经损伤患者作为研究对象,采用高频超声、肌电图对患者的周围神经损伤情况进行评估,根据损伤程度对患者实施相应的手术治疗或保守治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察随访。结果:治疗后,所有患者的正中神经传导速度、尺神经传导速度、腓总神经传导速度、肢体功能评分均明显提高(P<0.05);周围神经损伤程度与其预后密切相关,且呈负相关。结论:采用高频超声联合肌电图对周围神经损伤进行评估,可对其损伤情况进行明确,为临床治疗提供合理建议,确保临床治疗效果。

Objective：To study and explore the advantage of high frequency ultrasound combined with electromyography in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerve injury.Methods：80 cases of peripheral nerve injury patients in the hospital from June 2015 ～ October 2016 were selected as the research object,the assessment of peripheral nerve injury patients by high frequency ultrasound and EMG,according to the damage degree of implementation of the appropriate surgical treatment or conservative treatment of patients were followed up for its therapeutic effect.Results：After the treatment,median nerve conduction velocity,ulnar nerve conduction velocity,peroneal nerve conduction velocity and limb function score in all patients were significantly improved （P〈 0.05）;the degree of peripheral nerve injury is closely related to the prognosis,and was negatively correlated.Conclusion：High frequency ultrasound combined with electromyography was used to evaluate the injury of peripheral nerve,and the injury situation could be clearly defined.
