康复训练对手部肌腱损伤患者运动功能的影响

Effect Combined with Rehabilitation Training on the Motor Function of the Patients with Hand Tendon Injury

目的:探讨康复训练对手部肌腱损伤患者运动功能的影响。方法:选择2015年2月~2016年3月来我院治疗手部肌腱损伤的患者92例,随机将其分成两组,每组46例。对照组患者常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用康复训练。结果:治疗2个月、3个月,观察组患者放置、翻转所用时间均低于对照组患者放置、翻转所用时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月、3个月后,观察组患者的PPT结果均明显优于对照组患者的PPT结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对手部肌腱损伤患者进行康复训练效果明显,能有效提高患者手关节灵巧度、手精细运动功能评分,改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect combined with rehabilitation training on motor function of patients with hand tendon injury.Methods：92 patients with hand tendon injury treated in our hospital between February 2015 and March 2016 were selected,and then randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care.whereas those in the observation group were treated with the care and rehabilitation training based on the conventional treatment given to the control group.Results：After two and three months of treatment,the time consumed for placing and turning hands in the ohservation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.The PPT results in the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Care combined with rehabilitation training is with significant effect,which can effectively improve the fine motor function,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
