冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗术后患者的综合临床治疗分析

Comprehensive Clinical Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus after Interventional Therapy

目的:探究冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗术后患者的综合临床治疗方法及效果。方法:选取在本院确诊为冠心病合并糖尿病,且在1周内行冠脉支架植入术患者120例为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予综合管理,同时加用西洛他唑口服,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率为91.67%,对照组的总有效率为80.00%,数据对比结果(P<0.05)为差异有统计学意义。治疗6个月时和治疗12个月时,观察组的血糖和血脂及治疗效果均明显优于对照组,结果(P<0.05)为差异有统计学意义。结论:综合管理,同时加用西洛他唑能有效提高冠心病合并糖尿病介入术后患者的治疗效果,改善患者血糖及血脂情况。

Objective：To explore the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease diabetes mellitus patients with postoperative comprehensive clinical treatment method and effect.Methods：Selected in our hospital diagnosed with coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus,and 120 patients with coronary artery stent imnplantation in 1 weeks as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group given conventional treatment,the observation group was given comprehensive management,at the same time use helo he thiazole oral,compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect.Results：The total effective rate was 91.67%,the observation group in the control group total effective rate was 80.00%,data comparison results （P 〈 0.05） as the difference was statistically significant.Six months and 12 months treatment,blood sugar and blood lipids and treatment effect of observation group were obviously superior to control group,the results （P 〈 0.05） as the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Comprehensive management,at the same time use helo he azole can effectively improve the treatmnent of patients with coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus after interventional effect,improve the patient＆#39;s blood sugar and blood fat.
