常规西药联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的安全性与可行性

Safety and Feasibility of Conventional Western Medicine Combined with Yuping Wind Granule in the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:分析常规西药联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的安全性与可行性。方法:将2015年4月~2016年4月进入我院的反复呼吸道感染患儿200例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,实验组采用常规西药联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率96.0%与对照组总有效率82.0%差异显著,具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.304,P<0.05),实验组与对照组在治疗前发作次数差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组(2.012±0.453)次明显少于对照组(3.732±1.097)次差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染安全性与可行性良好。

Objective：To analyze the safety and feasibility of conventional western medicine combined with Yuping granule in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods：200 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in April 2015 ～ April 2016 yearin our hospital with recurrent respiratory tract infection,the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the experimenta] group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Yuping Feng treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results：The total efficiency of experinmental group was 96% and the total efficiency of the control group 82% was significantly different,with statistical significance （x2=5.304,P 〈0.05 t.the experimental group and the control group in the number of seizures before treatment had no significant difference,no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）,the experimental group after treatment （2.012 ＆#177; 0.453） significantly less than the control group （3.732 ＆#177; 1.097） time difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The safety and feasibility of conventional western medicine combined with Yuping wind granule in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is good.
