氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Treatment Accompanied by Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:研究并探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年1月~2016年10月收治的100例伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者,随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组治疗用药为布拉氏酵母菌,观察组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其腹泻缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与布拉氏酵母菌联合治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective：To study and explore the the clinical effect of diarrhea type intestinal Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Saccharomyces boulardii treatment of anxiety depression and irritable bowel syndrome （irritable bowel syndrome,IBS） patients.Methods：From January 2014 ～ October 2016,100 cases accompanied by anxiety and depression in patients with diarrhea predominant IBS were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases,the control group was treated with Saccharonnyces boulardii,the observation group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen based on the control group,the curative effect was compared between two groups.Results：The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）,diarrhea remission time and abdominal pain relief time were significantly shorter （P 〈 0.05）,the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has significant clinical effect by Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Saccharomyces boulardii treatment accompanied by anxiety and depression in patients with diarrhea predominant IBS.
