全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Whole-course Nursing in the Emergency Rescue of Critically Ⅲ Patients

目的:观察并研究全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:以2015年1~12月我院急诊科救治的176例危重患者为本次的观察对象,按照随机分组的方法将其分为观察组(n=92例),对照组(n=84例),对照组全部患者均采取常规护理,观察组全部患者都实施全程护理,比较分析两组的抢救成功率、治疗满意度。结果:观察组的抢救成功率(89.13%)明显高于对照组(77.38%),观察组满意度91.30%(84/92),对照组满意度79.76%(67/84),满意度比较,观察组显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用对于急诊抢救成功率、护理效果以及患者满意度的提高具有较好的效果,有利于提升急诊科整体护理水平和医院综合实力。

Objective：To observe and study the full nursing in critically ill patients with emergency treatment of the application effect.Methods：From January 2015 to December 2015,176 critically ill patients treated in our emergency department were divided into observation group （n =84） and control group （n =84） according to the method of randomization,n =92）.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were treated with nursing.The therapeutic effect,treatment satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed,recorded and analyzed.Results：The success rate of the rescue group （89.13%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.38 %）,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group （91.30%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.76%） （all statistically significant P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of whole-course nursing in the rescue of critically ilt patients has a good effect on the success rate of emergent rescue,the effect of nursing and the satisfaction of patients,which is beneficial to the overall nursing level and the comprehensive strength of the hospital.
