混凝土废浆料活性再激发试验

摘要 目前国内大部分混凝土搅拌站都安装了砂石分离系统,可以分离出部分砂石料进行二次利用,但清洗沉淀的水泥浆体通常作为生产垃圾清运出站。本试验基于一种已投入使用的沉淀废料生产砌块砖方案对其进行改进提高,尝试将分离沉淀浆体中残留的活性成分激发,优化砌块砖产品的力学性能。试验选用三种化学试剂进行试验(Ca(OH)_2,NaOH,Na_2SO_4),通过与基准组对比,分析不同类型激发剂对抗压强度的影响。最终结果显示:无机碱组分对水泥、废浆料砂浆体系早期强度激发作用明显,硫酸钠盐因本身激发化学反应机理与碱组分不同,其激发效果优于碱组分。 j At present,most of the concrete mixing stations at home have sand-stone-separating systems,which can separate part of the sand and gravels from waste concrete slurry for recycling,but the cement paste subsided is usually discharged as produc-tion waste. The present experiment of ours is based on the scheme of producing block bricks with subsided waste, which is al-ready put into production and which is improved by reexciting the activity of the remaining ingredients in the separated slurry, and optimizing the mechanical properties of the bricks produced. The experiments are performed with three chemical reagents [Ca (OH)2·NaOH and Na2SO4] ,wi th the effects of the different reacagents on the compressive strength analyzed by compa-ring them with the baseline group. The final result shows that the inorganic alkali components have obvious effects of reexcitati-on on the earlier strength of cement and waste slurry,and owing to its own chemical reexciting mechanism different from that of alkali components,the stimulating effect of the sodium sulfate salt is better than that of alkali components.
