摘要
腐蚀是影响悬索桥寿命的极其重要因素,随着人们对结构使用安全要求的日益提高,必须考虑施工过程中腐蚀对结构的影响。概述了悬索桥主缆腐蚀机理及目前防腐现状,分析了主缆在冬季寒冷间歇期进行临时性防腐的必要性,重点阐述了寒冷地区主缆临时防腐采用涂刷磷化底漆+合成氯丁橡胶缠包带+聚丙烯塑料包裹的施工工艺。实践证明:经过防腐处理后的主缆在施工间歇期一直处于干燥状态,腐蚀几乎没有发生,满足主缆防腐要求。此措施可为类似桥梁施工防腐提供参考。
Corrosion is an important influential factor affecting the life of a suspension bridge. With the increasing demand for structural safety,the effect of corrosion on the structure must be considered in the process of construction. Dealt with briefly in the paper are the mechanism of corrosion for the main cables of the suspension bridge and the present stuation of anticorrosion, with the necessity of performing temporary anti-corrosion for the main cables of the suspension bridge during the resting period in winter analyzed. Stress is placed on introducing the construction process of the temporary anti-corrosion for the main cables ofthe suspension bridge in cold regions------ shelling-out the calbles with phosphide priming paint + synthetic neoprene wrappingpaint+polypropylene plastic package. Practice shows that the main cables are always in a dry state with nearly no corrosion af-ter being treated with the anti-corrosion measures and the main cables are found to be able to meet the requirements of the main cable in anti-corrosion. The anti-corrosion measures may serve as a useful reference for the anti-corrosion of other similar bridges.
