摘要
针对当前仓储管理中存在的管理信息化程度低、数据采集方式落后、准确性及效率低下等问题,提出了基于RFID技术的仓储物资定位系统的解决方案。首先,对RFID在仓储管理中的应用进行建模,对基于RFID的仓储物资的管理流程进行分析。在此基础上,完成物资定位系统软硬件的设计。最后,对基于RFID技术的仓储物资定位系统的核心环节在Wi Fi网络环境下进行测试与分析。测试结果表明,该系统能自动采集数据,提高仓储管理效率。
In view of its current storage management,there exists problems that management informatization level is low, backward data acquisition mode,the accuracy and the efficiency is low and so on, proposed the storage material positioning system which based on RFID technology. Firstly, And the application of RFID in warehouse management is modeled, and the management process of warehouse materials based on RFID is analyzed in detail. On this basis, the hardware and software design of the material positioning system is completed. Finally, the relevant core l ink of the positioning system of storage materials that based on RFID technology is tested and analyzed in WiFi network environment. The result of the test show that the system can automatically collect data and improve the efficiency of storage management.
