摘要
预算项目管理是一种现代化的企业管理模式,它通过对于资金和项目的有效整合,实现了对资源的合理优化配置,使企业获得价值的逐步增加。针对预算项目管理中存在的不规范和效率低下等问题,本文提出了一种基于Web的财务预算项目管理系统。系统以面向服务的体系结构技术为基础,通过J2EE平台和DB2数据库来进行开发,提供了一种规范预算项目管理的有效手段,提升了预算项目管理的效率和执行水平。
As a modern enterprise management mode, budget project management achieves the goals of rational and optimized allocation of resources and gradual increase of enterprise value through effective integration of fund and projects. To solve the problems of irregularities and inefficiency existing in budget project management, a web based budget project management system is proposed. The system is designed based on service oriented architecture and developed through J2EE platform and DB2. An effective method to regularize the management of budget project is provided by the system. Efficiency and enforcement of budget project management is enhanced by the use of the proposed system.
