未成年人法治教育策略及路径探析

摘要 由法制教育向法治教育的转型是基于现实诉求的必然选择和逻辑提升。面对违法未成年人日益低龄化的严峻现实,坚持法律知识与生活实践相结合、权利与义务相统一、法治教育与道德教育相融合,着重培养和建立法治观念、责任意识、法律信仰,是对未成年人法治教育的策略选择。开展抓早、抓小的规则教育、全程一贯的法治教育、完善不良行为的转向处置,则是结合不同的教育对象,增强法治教育的针对性和实效性的路径探析。 The transition from legal education to law-related education is the inevitable choice and logical ascension based on the realistic demands. In face of the grim reality of the increasing lower-age juvenile delin-quency, the strategic choices of juvenile law-related education should be the combination of legal knowledge and life practice, the one of rights and obligations, and the one of law-related education and moral education with focus on cultivating and establishing the law-related concept, sense of responsibility and legal belief. In combination with the different objects of education, the paths of enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of law-related education should be the earlier rule education of juveniles, consistent law-related education and perfection of redirection of misconduct.
