摘要
以西成客运专线汉中汉江特大桥64m节段拼装预应力混凝土简支箱梁为工程背景,通过有限元数值模拟及现场实测,研究了采用移动支架造桥机进行箱梁节段拼装施工时梁体预拱度的设置方法,探讨了该类型桥梁预拱度设置的一般规律.实测结果证明该方法准确可靠,控制结果不仅可满足该桥线形控制的目标要求,同时对类似桥梁预拱度的设置也提供了参考.
The method for setting camber of beam has been studied when the box girder segment is assembled using travelling trestle bridge fabrication machine, and the general law of camber set-ting of this type bridge has been explored by the finite element numerical simulation and field measurement of 64 m segmental prestressed concrete simply-supported box girder of Hanjiang su-per large bridge in Xi'an-Chengdu Passenger Dedicated Line. The experimental result proves that the method is accurate and reliable,and it meets the goal request of the linear control and provides a reference for the setting of camber of similar bridge.
