摘要
针对目前国内汽车底盘前、后桥U型螺栓拧紧设备兼容性差、实际控制精度低、中心距调整费时费力、拧紧力矩不均衡等问题,开发了一种角度及中心距可自调式四轴前后桥U型螺栓螺纹装配系统,为广大汽车制造商提高了设备兼容性、利用率、控制精度和装配质量,也大大降低了劳动强度和生产制造成本。该项目的设计思路解决了结构复杂的螺纹装配问题,对拧紧机三维变距方式进行了创新、探索,填补了国内外空白,获得发明专利一项。
Aiming at the problems such as poor compatibility of the front and rear U-bolt bolts of the domestic automobile chassis, the actual control precision is low, the center distance is time-consuming, the tightening torque imbalance and so on, and an angle and center-U-bolt assembly system for the majority of car manufacturers to improve the equipment compatibility, utilization, control accuracy and assembly quality, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity and manufacturing costs. The design of the project ideas to solve the complex structure of the thread assembly problem, the three-dimensional mode of the tightening machine has been innovative, to explore, to fill the gaps at home and abroad, access to a patent for invention.
