摘要
统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control)简称SPC,是美国休哈特博士(Dr.Showhart)在20世纪20年代创造的理论。该理论把数理统计应用于工业生产,由此把产品的质量控制从事后检验改变为事前预防,对保证产品质量、降低生产成本、提高生产率开辟了广阔前景。本文介绍SPC技术原理,以某减速器壳Φ90mm为控制对象,提出如何应用SPC工具对机械零件加工过程进行管理和控制,以达到过程失控预警、过程不断改进、过程能力不断提高的目的,继而保证产品质量的稳定和不断提高。
Statistical process control(SPC), referred to as SPC, is the theory created by Dr. shew hart in the 1920 s. This theory applies mathematical statistics to industrial production, which changes the quality control of the product from back testing to ex ante prevention, which opens up a broad prospect for ensuring product quality, reducing production cost and improving productivity. This paper introduces SPC technology principle, taking a reducer shell φ 90 mm as control object, and puts forward how to use SPC tools to manage and control the machining process of mechanical parts, to achieve the purpose of early warning, process continuous improvement, continuous improvement of process capability, and to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of product quality.
