摘要
驱动桥是动力系统的重要环节,其振动及噪声水平对整车NVH性能的影响至关重要。文章针对某乘用车后驱动桥在试制测试阶段暴露的噪声及振动较大问题,通过对比试验测试与AVES评价相结合的方法,验证了驱动桥主减速器齿轮啮合斑点调整优化对整车提升NVH性能的明显作用,并以此为基础指导现场装配,取得了良好效果。
The driving axle is an important part of the dynamic system, and its vibration and noise level is very important to the NVH performance of the vehicle. In this paper, a new method is proposed to improve the noise and vibration of the rear axle driving axle in the test phase. Through the combination test and AVES evaluation, NVH performance of the obvious role, and as a basis to guide the field assembly, and achieved good results.
