施工升降机自动控制系统的研究

摘要 施工升降机自动控制系统综合应用了无线通讯技术、单片机技术、自动控制技术以及传感器技术等,对施工升降机的自动化、智能化进行了深入研究和实验验证。施工升降机自动控制系统综合运用键盘模块采集信息、无线通信模块发送和接收信息、单片机处理、PLC控制等功能实现自动控制,即该系统采用无线通讯模块作为楼层呼叫终端模块,实现对施工升降机的楼层呼叫信息的发送。升降机内按键的信息传输给PLC控制器,由PLC控制器实现对施工升降机三相电机的控制,从而达到施工升降机上升下降的目的。 The automatic control system of construction lifts is integrated with wireless communication technology, single chip microcomputer technology, automatic control technology and sensor technology. The automation and intelligent of construction lifts are studied and experimentally verified. The automatic control system of the construction lifts uses the keyboard module to collect information, wireless communication module to send and receive information, single chip processing, PLC control and other functions to achieve automatic control, that is, the system uses the wireless communication module as the floor call terminal module to achieve the construction of the elevator floor Call information is sent. The information of the elevator inside the elevator is transmitted to the PLC controller, which is controlled by the PLC controller to control the three-phase motor of the construction elevator, so as to achieve the purpose of the construction lift rise and fall.
