手术室护理管理对乙型肝炎病毒感染的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Nursing Management in the Operation Room on the Infection of Hepatitis B Virus

目的探究分析手术室护理管理对乙型肝炎病毒感染的效果。方法选取2015年手术室护理工作人员20名参与该次研究,作为观察组;同时选取2014年手术室护理工作人员17名,作为对照组;该院自2015年初开展加强手术室护理管理工作,对比两组护理人员护理知识评分以及质量评分。结果观察组护理人员对乙型肝炎病毒的护理知识评分、护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室进行乙型肝炎病毒感染进行护理和管理,能提高手术室护理人员的护理水平,还能有效地遏制交叉感染的发生。

Objective To study the effect of nursing management in the operation room on the infection of hepatitis B virus.Methods 20 cases of nursing work staff in the operation room in 2015 were selected as the observation group, 17 cases of nursing work staff in 2014 were selected as the control group, and the nursing management work in the operation room had been enhanced at the beginning of 2015 and the nursing knowledge score and quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing knowledge score and nursing quality score in the observation group to the hepatitis B virus were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing and management of infection of hepatitis B virus in the operation room can improve the nursing level of nursing staff in the operation room and can effective prevent the occurrence of cross infection.
