延续性家属定期团体健康教育对抑郁症患者服药依从性影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨延续性家属定期团体健康教育对抑郁症患者服药依从性影响。方法选择进行治疗并痊愈出院的89例抑郁症患者进行该次研究,将患者随机分为两组,试验组及对照组。对照组在出院后不采取任何措施进行干预,试验组在出院后采用延续性家属定期团体健康教育进行干预。结果试验组及对照组患者在出院时HAMD平均评分及ITAQ平均评分之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者出院6月及1年后HAMD平均评分显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者出院6个月及1年后ITAQ平均评分显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者在出院6月后服药依从性高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性家属定期团体健康教育能有效提高抑郁症患者的服药依从性。 Objective To prolong the effect of continuous family regular team health education on the medication compliance of depression patients. Methods 89 cases of depression patients discharged from the hospital after cure were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group did not adopt any measures for intervention after discharge, while the test group adopted the continuous family regular team health education for intervention. Results The differences in the average score of HAMA and average score of ITAQ at discharge between the two groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05), and the average HAMD scores in 6 months and 1 year after discharge in the test group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the average ITAQ scores in6 months and 1 year after discharge in the test group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the medication compliance in 6 months after discharge in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Continuous family regular team health education can effectively improve the medication compliance of depression patients.
