护理风险管理在内科护理中的应用及效果观察

Observation on Application and Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Nursing in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨护理风险管理在内科护理管理中的应用效果和意义。方法 2016年1月1日开始实施护理风险管理。分别以实施前后一年内随机选取的120例内科病房患者作为研究对象,采用医院自制调查问卷,比较实施前后内科护理人员的护理质量;同时,统计实施前后一年内医院内科病房护理发生的风险事件以及医疗纠纷事件发生率,比较组间差异。结果 (1)实施护理风险管理后,患者的基础护理、特殊护理、护理安全、专科护理、护理能力以及综合评分等项均明显高于实施前各项评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)实施护理风险管理后,医院给药错误、输液反应、跌倒、投诉、医疗纠纷等风险事件均显著降低,尤其实施后给药错误和跌倒、投诉、医疗纠纷事件均未有发生,风险事件总发生率由实施前21.7%降为1.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)满意度调查结果显示实施后满意者达114例,满意率为95.0%,实施前仅为89例,满意率为74.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在内科护理管理效果显著,护理质量得到显著改善,风险事件发生率明显降低,护理满意度显著提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application and effect of nursing risk management in the nursing in the department of internal medicine. Methods The nursing risk management had been implemented since January 1, 2016, and 120 cases of patients in our department in 1 year before and after the implementation were randomly selected and the nursing quality was compared by the self-made questionnaire, at the same time, the incidence rate of risk events and medical disputes in 1year before and after the implementation was compared between the two groups. Results（1） After the implementation of nursing risk management, the basic nursing, special nursing, nursing safety, special nursing, nursing ability and comprehensive scores were obviously higher than those before the implementation, and the differences were obvious（P〈0.05）.（2）After the implementation of nursing risk management, the risk events of hospital administration mistakes, infusion reactions,falling, compliant and medical disputes were obviously decreased, especially the total incidence rate of risk events decreased from 21.7% to 1.7% and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.（3）After the implementation, there were 114 satisfied cases and the satisfactory rate was 95.0%, and there were only 89 cases before the implementation, and the satisfactory rate was only 72.4% with obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management effect is obvious, which can obviously improve the nursing quality, obviously reduce the incidence rate of risk events and obviously improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
