摘要
目的探索质量持续改进模式对提高X-ray摄影技术质量效果,总结质量管理方法 ,更好地服务于临床。方法分别随机选取2016年1—12月间该科5 000张X光片为观察组、2011年1月—2013年12月5 000张X光片为对照组,其中对照组为实施质量持续改进模式之前X线摄影片,观察组为实施质量持续改进模式之后X线摄影片,对比分析两组X线片质量、废弃X线片数量等指标。结果在随机抽取的2011年5 000张X线片中,甲级、乙级、丙级X线片分别为4 042张、671张、287张,全年废弃线片183张;2016年1—12月间该科5 000张线片中,甲级、乙级、丙级X线片分别为4 430张、492张、18张,全年废弃线片0张。两组丙级和废弃X线片差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。导致X线片出现质量问题的主要因素为X线机出线量不准、患者移动及技师主观因素。结论质量持续改进在X线摄影技术中,使X线摄影技术质量明显提高,废弃X线片有明显减少,提高了临床辅助功能,使医生和患者更满意。
Objective To explore the effect of quality continuous improvement model in improving the x-ray radiography technology and summarize the quality management method in order to better serve the clinic. Methods 5 000 X ray films in our department from January to December 2016 before the implementation of quality continuous improvement were randomly selected as the observation group, 5 000 X ray films from January 2011 to December 2013 after the implementation of quality continuous improvement were selected as the control group, and the X ray film quality and discarded X ray film number indexes were compared and analyzed. Results In the 5 000 X ray films randomly extracted, there were 4 042, 671 and 287 X ray films respectively of level A, level B and level C, and there were 183 discarded films in the whole year, and of 5 000 films in the department from January to December 2016, there were 4 430, 492 and 18 X ray films respectively of level A, level B and level C, and there was no discarded films in the whole year, and there was obvious difference in the film of level C and X ray film between the two groups(P0.05), and main causes of quality problems of X ray films were the inaccurate X-ray machine output and movement of patients and subjective factors of technicians. Conclusion The quality continuous improvement can obviously improve the X-ray radiography technology, obviously reduce the discarded X ray films, improve the clinical adjunctive function and make the doctors and patients more satisfactory.
