摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在心血管内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月护理大中专院校实习生,在心血管内科护理教学中进行教学方式改革前后本科系学生各30名,教学模式改革前为对照组,学生采取传统教学模式,教学模式改革后为研究组,学生采取传统案例教学方法。结果研究组学生考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组学生在知识理解、学习兴趣、学习能力及师生关系等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科护理教学中采取案例教学方法不仅能够提高学生学习成绩,还能够增强学生学习兴趣及能力,相关知识掌握更加牢固,师生关系更为融洽,应在教学中广泛使用。
Objective To discuss the application effect of case teaching in the nursing teaching in the department of cardiovascular internal medicine. Methods The interns in the colleges from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected, including 30 cases of students before teaching model reform(the control group) and 30 cases of students after teaching model reform(the research group), and the students adopted the traditional case teaching. Results The examination score in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(P0.05), in addition, the knowledge understanding, learning interest, learning ability and relationship between teachers and students in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The case teaching in the nursing teaching in the department of cardiovascular internal medicine can not only improve the students' scores, but also enhance the learning interest and ability thus making the related knowledge mastery more deeply and teacher-student relationship more harmonious, which can be widely applied in teaching.
