脑卒中后肢体瘫痪家庭康复护理调查

Investigation on Rehabilitation Nursing of Acroparalysis Family after Stroke

目的调查脑卒中后肢体瘫痪患者在家庭康复护理中的康复效果,并为制定该疾病的干预计划寻求一种依据。方法选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月所收治的脑卒中护肢体瘫痪患者40例,并为其进行入户问卷调查。结果脑卒中患者在家庭康复中存在诸多功能障碍,对于家庭康复护理的指导工作十分欠缺,导致一部分生活方式非常不利于患者的康复,并且该设施还没有进行相对应的改造,家属的照顾能力与患者综合的自理能力有很大差距。结论目前家庭康复护理的情况让人担忧,要更好地提升患者的日常生活质量水平,恢复瘫痪肢体的功能效果,就要不断加强家庭康复护理的指导工作。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation nursing of acroparalysis family after stroke and search for a basis for making an intervention plan of the disease. Methods 40 cases of patients with acroparalysis after stroke admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and investigated. Results There were many dysfunctions in the family recovery of stroke patients, and the guidance work of family rehabilitation nursing is shortage, thus making some lifestyles very bad to the recovery of patients, and the facilitates were not given the corresponding improved, and there is a great difference between the caring ability of family and the comprehensive self-care ability. Conclusion Currently, the family rehabilitation nursing situation is a concern, therefore, in order to better improve the daily quality of life of patients and recover the function of acroparalysis, we should constantly enhance the guidance work of family rehabilitation nursing.
