摘要
在将产科的检查和相关操作向见习生示范时,部分孕妇的依从程度较低,内心不愿进行配合,这样就大大减弱了见习教学和实际学习的直观性,进而影响到实习的效果。模拟教学见习带教授课的详细内容为先是让带教教师模拟和孕妇进行的相互对话,以实现病程询问,最后由带教教师提出在该次操作事先布置的问题,并依据各人的解答情况与操作情况做出归纳。有利于学生高效的攻克操作难点,并且通过对模型的操作练习,还能够使其在今后实习时,增加为孕妇患者实施产科检查的勇气。产科实施模拟教学法应重视和传统带教模式的结合。只有这样,才能提高产科临床带教的质量和水平。
