摘要 目的观察与探究目标教学法对护生实习效果及临床护理教学质量的影响。方法选取2013年11月—2016年11月期间于该院实习的60名护生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30名护生,对对照组护生给予常规的跟班教学法,对观察组护生给予目标教学法,对比并分析两组护生的效果。结果观察组护生的理论知识得分、护理技能得分、临床护理教学质量评分与对照组护生相对比,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护生的满意度(96.67%)与对照组护生(80.00%)相对比,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护生的实习中实施目标教学法的效果较好,可明显提高护生实习效果和临床护理教学质量。 Objective To observe and study the effect of objective teaching on the practical effect of student nurses and clinical nursing teaching quality. Methods 60 cases of student nurses in our hospital from November 2013 to November2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine attendant teaching, while the observation group adopted the objective teaching, and the effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The differences in the theoretical score, nursing skill score and clinical nursing teaching quality score between the two groups were obvious(P0.05), and the difference in the satisfactory degree of student nurses between the observation group and the control group was obvious(96.67% vs 80.00%)(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation effect of objective teaching in the practice of student nurses is better, which can obviously improve the practical effect and clinical nursing teaching of student nurses.
