河南复合型现代农业经营体系建设的路径选择——基于农业经营的专业化及兼业化分析

Composite path selection and construction of the modern agricultural management system in Henan Province Based on the analysis of specialization and multiple occupations agricultural management

复合型现代农业经营体系建设是新时期河南省农业发展的首要任务之一,专业化及兼业化作为现代农业发展中出现的两种经营形式,在农业发展不同时期对其有着不同的指导作用。通过专业化与兼业化的辩证关系分析了工业化及城镇化进程中农业家庭经营的现状,并以家庭经营组织创新的典型形式——家庭农场为重点进行了分析,在此基础上讨论了未来家庭经营组织创新的路径,即专业化与兼业化并存的二元选择。

Composite construction of modern agricultural management system is the primary task of Henan agricultural development in the new period. The specialization of agricultural management and the industrialization of agriculture are two forms of the development of modern agriculture. Through the d ia-lectical relationship between them we analyse the statu of family management in agriculture industrializa-tion ,and analyse family farm as the focus. On the basis of t hi s,The path of innovation of family busi-ness in the future is discussed, that is , the binary options： the specialization and mutiple occupations ag-ricultural management.
