全面二孩政策对我国工业经济的影响及对策

The influence of comprehensive two-child policy on China's industrial economy and the countermeasures

人口资源对我国经济快速发展起着关键性作用,现阶段人口结构凸显老龄化,以及独生子女政策带来劳动适龄人口的减少,使人口因素逐渐成为工业经济发展的短板。十八届五中全会决定全面实施一对夫妇可生育两个孩子政策即"全面二孩"政策,该政策的实施可以缓解人口与经济发展的矛盾,同时也将给我国工业经济发展带来一系列问题。从我国人口与工业经济的发展现状出发,结合人口与经济发展的关系,探讨全面二孩政策对工业经济发展的利弊,并提出相应对策。

Population resources have played a key role in the rapid economic development of China. However, China, new stage of economic development comes, which is characterized by the aging popula-tion structure and the decreased working age population caused by one-child policy, demographic factors have become the obstacle of the industrial economic development. The policy of one couple having two children that is named as u comprehensive two-child^ was decided to fully implement at the meeting of the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee. This policy can ease the contradiction between population and economic development, and promote the balanced development of population. However, it will also bring many problems to the development of China’s industrial economy. This paper analyzed the status quo development of the population and industrial economy in our country. The advantages and dis-advantages of the policy to industrial economy was discussed in combination with the relationship between population and economic development. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put for-ward ,which has great significance in the sustainable development of China industrial economy.
