Cultivation Path of College Students' Entrepreneurship Quality from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Culture

创业素质是一个多要素集合体,与创业文化建设密切相关。阐述了创业素质与创业文化的基本概念,分析了大学创业文化对培养大学生创业素质的影响,并基于大学创业文化建设的视角,提出了高校通过优化创业教育环境、培育创业行为意识、加强创业制度建设、提升学生创业能力等路径,提升大学生的创业素质。

The quality of entrepreneurship is a multi-element collection,which is closely related to the construction of entrepreneurial culture. This article expounds the entrepreneurial qualities and the basic concept of entrepreneurial culture,and analyzes the college entrepreneurial culture influence on college students' entrepreneurial quality.Based on the construction of college entrepreneurial culture,it is suggested that colleges can improve the entrepreneurship quality of college students by optimizing the environment of entrepreneurship education,cultivating awareness of entrepreneurial behavior,strengthening the construction of entrepreneurial system and enhancing students' entrepreneurial ability.
