On the Individualized Cultivation of Ideological and Political Education for Higher Vocational Students

由于多种因素的制约,目前高职生思想政治教育个性化培养存在一些问题。加强高职生的思想政治教育个性化培养,一要坚持以生为本理念,建立良好育人机制;二要引导学生摆正人生航向,促进学生个性健康发展;三要搭建多种平台,充分发挥育人载体等个性化培养渠道作用。

Due to various factors, there are some problems in the cultivation of ideological and political education in vocational colleges. To strengthen the ideological and political education of individual vocational training, we must adhere to the concept of life-orientedness for the purpose of the establishment of a good education mechanism, guide students to set the proper course of life so as to promote the healthy development of students' personality, and build a variety of platforms to play the role of individualized training channels such as educating people.
