摘要
目的探讨SBAR标准化沟通模式在提高胸外科实习护生护患沟通能力的作用。方法选取2016年7月-2017年4月实习的护理本科护生50名,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25名。对照组采用普通临床带教方法,实验组采用SBAR标准化沟通方法,评价2组护生护患沟通能力。结果实验组护生的护患沟通能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR标准化沟通模式有助于提高实习护生的护患沟通能力,提高实习积极性。
Objective To investigate the effect of SBAR standardized communication in improving the communication ability of nursing students from thoracic surgery clinic. Methods Totally 50 undergraduate nurse undertaking internship in thoracic surgery clinic were assigned to the control group(n=25) and the observation group(n=25). The normal teaching method was provided in the control group,and teaching method based on SBAR standardized communication mode was carried out in the study group. The communication ability of nursing students was assessed after the course ended. Results Students in the study group achieved a higher score in assessment of communication ability compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion SBAR standardized communication is an effective method to improve the communication ability of nursing students and their practical motivation.
