祁连山型鼠疫菌对43种抗菌素敏感性的试验研究

The study of sensitive experiment of 43 kinds of antibiotics to Qi Lian Mou ntain Y.pestis

采用纸片法测定了43种抗菌药物对祁连山型鼠疫菌的敏感性。结果表明,同链霉素相比,部分头孢类和喹诺酮类药物对该型鼠疫菌的敏感性效果更好,本结果可为鼠疫临床治疗选择新药提供科学依据。

Streptomycin was used to treat plagu e in clinic.In order to solve disease s of the cause of medicine because of toxicity and side effect of Streptom ycin.Auther used method of paper pie ces and carried out the sensitivity e xperiment by 43kinds of antibiotics to Y.pestis.The resu lt indicated that the sensitivities of Cephalosporin and Quinolones are better to Y.pestis com-pared with Streptomycin.It provides scientific foundations for plague clinic to choose new medicine.
