中西医结合护理在胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病患者中的应用

Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for type 2 diabetic patients receiving intensive insulin therapy with insulin pump

目的探讨中西医结合护理应用于胰岛素泵强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者中的效果。方法 80例2型糖尿病患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),2组均给予胰岛素泵强化治疗和常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予中西医结合护理。观察2组患者的遵医行为与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平。结果研究组护理后患者运动疗法、自我监测、药物疗法、饮食控制、按时检查的行为遵从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后研究组患者HbA1c、2hPBG及FBG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对采用胰岛素泵强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者给予中西医结合护理,能够提高患者的遵医行为,改善血糖控制水平。

Objective To evaluate the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for type 2 diabetic patients receiving intensive insulin therapy with insulin pump.Methods Totally 80 type 2 diabetic patients were assigned to the study group（n=40） and the control group（n=40）,with intensive insulin therapy by using insulin pump and routine care.The nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was carried out in the study group additionally. The treatment compliance and levels of hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c）,2 Hours postprandial blood glucose（2hPBG） and fasting blood glucose（FBG） were observed and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had higher rate of compliance on exercise,medication,diet control,regular check compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of HbA1c,2hPBG and FBG was lower in the study group than those in the control group（P0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance the treatment compliance and glycemic control effect in type 2 diabetic patients receiving intensive insulin therapy.
