改良SBAR沟通模式在重症肝病患者交接班管理中的应用

Application of modified SBAR communication mode in nursing handover management of patients with severe hepatopathy

目的探索改良"现状-背景-评估-建议"SBAR沟通模式重症肝病患者床旁交班中的应用效果。方法重症肝病患者55例分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者采用传统交班方式,实验组采用基于改良SBAR交流模式的床旁交班方式,采用自制量表评价2组交接班质量。结果实验组患者对交班方式的内容完整、条例清晰、主题明确、措施得力有效、解决问题及时和患者舒适感方面满意度高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);实验组平均交接班时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良SBAR沟通模式能有效提升重症肝病患者床旁交班质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified SBAR communication mode in nursing handover management of patients with severe hepatopathy. Methods A total of 55 patients with severe hepatopathy were assigned to the control group（n=25） and observation group（n=30）. The regular nursing handover management and modified SBAR communication-based nursing handover management was carried out in the control group and observation group,respectively.Results Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with content,rules,theme,measures,problem-solving and comfortable sensation in nursing handover compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The averaged time-consuming was shorter in the observation group than that of controls（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Modified SBAR communication mode is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing handover management for patients with severe hepatopathy.
