摘要
目的探讨自我管理健康教育联合呼吸功能训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者健康行为及康复的影响。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月收治的COPD患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组治疗方法相同。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施自我管理健康教育联合呼吸功能训练。观察实施干预前后,2组肺功能各项指标改善情况,及健康行为量表(HPL)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分。结果 2组干预后肺功能各项指标水平均较干预前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组HPL评分高于对照组,SGRQ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对COPD患者实施自我管理健康教育联合呼吸功能训练可明显提高患者肺功能,改善健康行为和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of self-management on health education and respiratory function training on health behavior and rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 60 COPD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine health education during treatment,and self-management and respiratory function training were carried out in the observation group. The pulmonary function indicators,outcome of health promoting lifestyle(HPL) and St George's respiratory questionnaire were observed compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group achieved a better improvement in level of pulmonary function associated indicators compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05). Patients in the observation had a higher HPL scale and lower SGRQ score compared with those in the in the control group after intervention(P〈0.05). Conclusion Self-management and respiratory function training are potentially effective to improve the health behavior and rehabilitation of COPD patients
