运用护理前移服务缩短肿瘤门诊候诊时间的效果分析

Application value of nursing service in advance to shorten the waiting time of outpatient in oncology clinic

目的探讨护理前移服务在缩短肿瘤门诊患者候诊时间中的应用效果。方法 60例肿瘤门诊患者分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组采用护理前移服务进行干预,比较2组候诊时间长短和就诊满意度。结果实验组患者候诊时间短于对照组(P<0.05),就诊满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理前移服务能缩短肿瘤门诊患者的候诊时间,提高就诊满意度,改善患者就医体验。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing service in advance on cutting on shortening the waiting time of outpatient in oncology clinic. Methods A total of 60 outpatient from oncology clinic were assigned to the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and the nursing service in advance was carried out in the study group. The waiting time for diagnosis was observed and the satisfaction degree on nursing service was compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had a shorter waiting time and higher score in assessment of nursing satisfaction compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing service in advance can shorten the waiting time of outpatient in oncology clinic,and improve their satisfaction degree.
