黑龙江省滑雪产业潜优势开发研究

Research on the Potential Advantages Development of Ski Industry in Heilongjiang Province

采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地考察等研究方法,通过对我国当前经济形势的判断,结合国家政策文件的解读,立足于黑龙江省的省情特点,提出开发滑雪产业的潜优势,研究发现:黑龙江省滑雪产业在龙江经济发展中还未真正发力,其所具有的"3月春雪优势""滑雪培训优势""老工业基地制造优势""打造高端滑雪旅游优势"等几大潜优势尚未得到开发,应通过实施教育制度改革、管理体制创新、更新传统观念等措施激活滑雪产业潜力。本文旨在探寻黑龙江经济发展的新动力。

In order to explore the new impetus for economic development in Heilongjiang Province, this paper studies the current economic situation of our country and the interpreta-tion of the national policy document. Based on the characteristics of the provincial situation in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward the development of the potential advantages for ski industry by using the method of literature, expert interview and field investigation.The result shows that ： Heilongjiang ski industry in the Longjiang economic development has not yet been started, the potential advantages of Heilongjiang ski industry has not yet been developed, such as the ＂ spring snow advantage in March＂ , ＂ ski training advantage＂,＂ manufacturing advantage of old industrial base ＂ , and ＂ to create high - end ski tourism ad-vantage＂ .The ski industry potential should be activated through the implementation of the education system reformation, management system innovation, update the traditional concept and other measures.
