Taking the solution and strategies for the three-dimension traffic of the urban complexities as the research object, the paper points out the optimization for the design from the three-dimension road network, three-dimension pedestrian system, and three-dimension parking, and ex-plores the traffic means of people and vehicle in the traffic complexities and urban joints by combining with the cases, which provides a reference for similar project.
