This paper summarized the disaster reconstruction, based on the owner9 s point of view, from the fund management, schedule man-agement ,quality management three aspects, analyzed the management problems of disaster reconstruction project, and analyzed its forming cau-ses ,and put forward corresponding countermeasures, provided reference for similar engineering.
