恩诺沙星是第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药物,广泛用于水产养殖业。介绍了恩诺沙星的构效关系、作用机理及其在水产动物体内药动学研究进展,以期为进一步研究恩诺沙星在水产动物体内药理学提供理论依据。

Enrofloxacin,belonging to be the third generation of quinolone,is a kind of antibiotic,which is widely used in aquaculture.Here we introduced the structure-activity relationship( SAP),mechanism of action and research progress of pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin in aquatic livestocks,so as to provide reference for further studying of pharmacology of enrofloxacin in aquatic livestocks.
