旧工业建筑改造工程预结算存在问题及解决策略

为了提高旧工业建筑改造工程预结算工作的效率,本文运用归纳总结、实践验证等方法,分析出旧工业建筑改造工程存在的问题:缺少对口定额、从业人员缺少经验、不确定因素多、工作量大。并有针对性地提出采用建立BIM模型,编制改造工法,更新修缮定额,调整预结算人员安排等解决策略。这样有利于规范旧工业建筑改造工程预结算工作,推动旧工业建筑改造工程的发展。

In order to improve the efficiency of settling accounts on the old industrial building reconstruction project, this essay aims to find out the problems of the project such as the lacking of counterpart quota, working experence and the excessive part of uncertain factors and workload. And coming up with the ideas like BIM style , changing the transformation method, updating the personnel arrangements purposefully. By doing this, we can then speed up the rate of settling accounts of the old industrial buildings and promote the development of it.
