哲学社会科学的发展和繁荣是党和国家事业的重要组成部分,对当代中国的发展有不可替代的作用和重要地位。哲学社会科学坚持以马克思主义为指导,首要的问题要真懂真信,杜绝教条主义和实用主义,反对一知半解、浅尝辄止;其次要坚持以人民为中心的研究导向,用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法去研究和解决当代中国社会实际问题,以马克思主义学风引领社会科学的研究与发展,构建中国特色哲学社会科学体系,进而为国家发展建言献策,为人民著书立说,做到学术性、思想性、现实性的统一。

The development and prosperity of Philosophy and Social Science is an important part of the Party and the State, having an irreplaceable role on the development of contemporary China. Adhering to the Marx doctrine as a guide, first it should really understand the true faith and eliminate the dogma and pragmatism, against knowing little; second, it should adhere to the orientation of people centered, use Marx ’ s position, viewpoint and method to study and solve the practical problems of contemporary society in China, use Marx’s style of study to lead the social scientific research and development, construct the social scientific system of philosophy with Chinese characteristics and give suggestions for the national development and write people’s thought to achieve the unity of technicality, ideological content and reality.
