师范生支教中教学技能存在的问题与解决途径——以喀什大学为例

摘要 支教工作顺应了高校师范教育改革的需要,是提高师范生教学技能的有效方法之一。当前高校师范生支教过程中存在的问题必须引起重视并提出相应的解决对策。本文运用文献法和问卷调查法,以新疆的喀什大学为例,在问卷数据分析中针对喀什大学师范生在支教中突出的教学技能问题作了相应的梳理,并提出初步解决问题的途径,期望可以对高校师范生的培养有一定的启示,为完善高校师范生尤其是少数民族地区师范生的支教工作提供参考。 The teaching support is in line with the needs of educational reform in normal universities. It is one of the effective methods to improve the teaching skills of normal students. In view of the problems existing in the process of the teaching of normal college students, we must pay attention to it and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Using the methods of literature and questionnaire, and taking Kashgar University as an example, this article accordingly analyses the outstanding problems and puts forward a preliminary solution, hoping to provide reference for normal college students’ cultivation and further improve the normal college students % supporting work especially in minority areas.
