甲肿与非甲肿学龄儿童甲状腺功能及抗氧化能力的研究

Study on the thyroid function and anti-oxidative capacity in school children with goiter and with out goiter

目的进一步了解甲状腺肿对甲状腺功能和抗氧化能力的影响。方法分别在沈阳地区的新民、法库和康平三县对甲肿与非甲肿各40例学龄儿童的抗氧化能力(SOD和GSH-PX的活性、血浆中MDA的含量)以及甲状腺激素水平(TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4和TSH)进行了测定。结果甲肿组与非甲肿组的甲状腺激素水平以及抗氧化能力的各项指标经统计学处理其差异均无显著性意义。结论生活在同一地区的学龄儿童其碘营养水平基本相同,尽管某些儿童存在甲状腺肿大,但未影响其甲状腺功能及抗氧化能力,不会造成更严重的自由基损伤。

Objective To explore the influence of goiter on thyroid function and anti -oxidativ e capacity.Methods Total 80of school children with goiter and without goiter living in Faku,Xinmin and Kangping counties of Shen yang District were examined for our comparative study o n their thyroid function and anti -oxidative capacity.The Serum TT 3 ,TT 4 ,FT 3 ,FT 4 and TSH were determined by RIA,and biochemi stry analysis was adopted in measuring SOD and GSH -P X activities and MDA con-tent.Result There were no statistical differences in thyroid hormone levels and anti-oxidative capacities between the c hildren with goiter and without goiter.Conclusions The findings demonstrate that all ch ildren living in the same area have sa me iodine nutritional status,and no any influ ence of goiter was found on the thyroid function and anti -oxidization indicating no much injury induced by free radicals.
