摘要 建立了齿轮传动系统集中质量模型,采用子结构法通过箱体有限元模型提取其集中质量参数,采用间接物理参数识别法通过基础加速度导纳提取其模态参数并转换为集中质量参数,并根据界面协调条件建立了齿轮-箱体-基础耦合系统的动力学模型.以单级斜齿轮传动装置为例,计算了耦合系统在齿轮时变啮合刚度激励下的齿轮动态传递误差、轴承支反力及箱体振动.耦合箱体与基础前后的系统动力学分析对比表明:箱体及基础柔性对齿轮动态传递误差的影响较小,而对轴承支反力波动及箱体振动的影响较大;耦合模型能更准确地反映系统的动态特性. Proposed is a lumped parameter model of gear transmission systems. In this model, firstly, lumped pa-rameters of the housing are extracted from housing finite element model via a sub-structure method. Secondly, the modal parameters of the foundation are extracted from foundation acceleration by means of indirect physical parameter identification. Then, the extracted modal parameters are transformed into lumped parameters, and a dy-namic model of the gear-housing-foundation coupled system is established according to interface coordination condi-tions. Finally, by taking a single-stage helical gear system for example, the gear's dynamic transmission error, the bearing’s reaction force and the housing’s vibration of the coupled system are simulated under the excitation of time-varying mesh stiffness. The system dynamic analyses before and after the coupling of housing and foundation show that both housing and foundation only have limited influence on gear’s dynamic transmission error,but signifi-cantly affect the bearing's reaction force fluctuation and the housing's vibration ; and that the proposed coupling model can predict the system dynamic characteristics than the uncoupled one more precisely.
