摘要
目的优选沙棘果油的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以沙棘果油提油量和棕榈酸含量为指标优化提取工艺;并采用气相色谱法测定棕榈酸的含量。结果优选提取工艺条件为果浆加热至60℃,以8 000r·min-1离心10min。结论该提取工艺简单、稳定。
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for sea bucktorn pulp oil from Hippophae rhamnoides L..Methods Orthogonal test was adopted.The extraction process optimization was performed with the content of palmitic acid and the amount of sea buckthorn pulp oil as index,and the content of palmitic acid was determined by gas chromatography.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:sea buckthorn pulp heated to 60 ℃ and centrifuged for 10 min at 8 000r·min^-1.Conclusion The extraction process is simple and stable.
