板翅式换热器平直翅片传热特性

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟方法,研究了翅片结构参数对板翅式换热器的表面传热和流体阻力特性的影响。研究表明,当流体被加热时,翅片通道内部靠近固体壁面的流体温度较高。通道中心主流体区温度较低。流体在翅片通道内的温度呈一定梯度。随着翅片高度和翅片间距的增大平直翅片的表面因子和摩擦因子增大。研究结果可为板翅式换热器的优化设计提供理论支持。 By the way of CFD numbericalsimulation,research the effect that fin structure do for heat exchanger's surface heat transfer and fluid resistance characteristics. Studies have shown that,when the fluid is heated. The fluid near the solid wall inside fin channel has high temperature. Mainstream area of channel center has low temperature. Temperature of fluid in fin channel is a certain gradient. With the fin height and fin pitch increase,the surface factor and friction factor of straight fin increase. The results can provide theoretical support for the optimization of the design of the plate-fin heat exchanger.
