摘要
运用工作研究的方法研究、时间研究,对电气设备分公司的受电弓生产装配线工艺流程和工序节拍进行详细的测定与分析,对瓶颈工序、不规范操作和不合理动作等问题提出改进优化方案,并对改进前后的方案进行了对比分析,实践证明改进效果明显。
With method study and time study in Work-Research,the flow process and rhythm on produceassembly line of the pantograph are measured and analyzedcarefully. Therefore,improvement and optimization for the problems,such as the related constraint process,irregular operations,and unreasonable actions are suggested. Through the contrast and analysis between oldand new project,it proves the improvement in effect is very obvious.
