一种水下采样器结构设计与数值模拟

摘要 设计了一种适用于近海、湖泊、河道等浅水域水体及生物泥沙采集的水下采样器。通过流体力学软件CFD进行数值模拟,计算收敛后,从CFD软件中导出相关数据参数进行分析。结果表明:滤网的压降主要对滤网之前的采样器内流道造成影响;采样器中轴线上的总压在数值上有波动,但是之后流体流动趋于平稳,前后两者在数值上逐步逼近的趋势是与理论相符合的。 In this paper, an underwater sampler is designed for offshore, lakes, rivers and so on water and sediment collected biological shallow waters. Fluid dynamics software CFD is used to carry out numerical simulation. After calculation convergence, the related parameters derived from the CFD software are analyzed.The results show that the pressure drop of the filter mainly affects the flow path in the sampler before the filter. The total pressure value on the sampler axisfluctuates,but then the fluid flow tends to be smooth, and the pressure valueisconsistent with the theory.
