摘要
激光标刻二维码是一种精确度高、运行稳定并且速度快的标刻方式,可以形成清晰、永久性的标记,所以被广泛应用在重要的金属零部件的标识中。通过分析QR二维码的特性,基于Lab VIEW开发的激光标刻二维码机器视觉检测系统提出图像导入、图像预处理、图像定位和特征提取等研究方法,对控制产品质量和提高生产效率,实现产品生产过程中的信息采集和信息追踪有较好的研究意义。
Laser marking two-dimensional code is a high precision, stable operation and fast marking method, can form a clear,permanent mark, it is widely used in the identification of important metal parts. This paper analyzes the characteristics of QR two-dimensional code. Based on Lab VIEW, the image detection system, image preprocessing, image location and feature extraction of laser marking two-dimensional code machine visual inspection system are proposed to control the product quality and improve the production efficiency. Product production process of information collection and information tracking has good research significance.
